Note: Location tracking occurs strictly in the foreground while the app is actively being used to guide your route or verify collection points. We do not track location in the background when the app is closed or minimized.

• Authenticating and verifying user accounts.
• Optimizing delivery and collection routing paths.
• Verifying punch-in and punch-out locations for drivers and collectors.
• Generating analytics and logs to monitor route compliance and delivery progress.

• With Your Employer/Organization: Since RaastaPilot is an enterprise logistics tool, your location data, routes, and collection details are shared with your organization's administrators and dispatchers.
• Service Providers: With trusted third-party providers (such as map API providers) to enable core routing and map functions.
• Legal Requirements: If required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities

We implement appropriate technical and organizational security measures to protect your personal data from unauthorized access, loss, or alteration.

We retain your personal data only as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes outlined in this policy or to comply with organizational data retention policies.
